Angie Harmon was an American model and actress who was featured in many films and series. The model started out as a model, but after she gained international recognition she made the decision to attempt acting. She began her acting career in the television series "Baywatch Nights" back in 1995. Her voice has appeared in a film adaptation of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon chose to stop working in TV shows and concentrate only on films during the year 2000. After a brief hiatus, she returned to TV being in films for a couple of episodes. She was among the few models whose photos of their naked bodies were featured in 2008's issue of "Allure Magazine'. The character as the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. In her role as Detective Jane Rizzoli, she's been well-received and received recognition. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her exceptional performances, but has not won any awards.
